Medium · Desk V · Audiovisual Arts
Every work the desk has reviewed in this medium, ranked by standing. A medium is not scored; it is where the scoring happens.
A note on method. Works the desk enters from manuscript are scored from a full reading of the text, line by line. Published works are scored from knowledge of the work and its reception; no film is rewatched and no recording replayed for the purpose. The two methods have not yet been calibrated against each other, and a manuscript’s standing should be compared with a published work’s with that in mind.
